Horizon Professional Consultancy has been established in Singapore since January 2007 principally to provide loss adjustment and claims management services for general insurers. It is run by a team of chartered loss adjusters with a combined experience in excess of 30 years. The consultancy is on the panel of both international and local insurers.

The consultancy provides expertise in pre-condition/dilapidation surveys for local and overseas projects. In addition, it extends to offer fair and unbiased loss assessment and documentation.
